We are a small but highly motivated team with many years of professional experience and extensive expertise in the key areas of business administration, organization, finance & accounting, digitalization and subsidiary management.

With almost 15 years of professional experience in management and consulting positions in several industries, I have extensive know-how in the development and strategic alignment of administrative as well as finance & accounting structures.

 

My focus is on the solution-oriented optimization and digitalization in these areas.

After almost 15 years of professional and corporate experience, I ventured into self-employment and founded ABthreeC GmbH in 2024. 

 

With my work, I want to support companies and managers in mastering the digital transformation and embracing change as an opportunity instead of a threat. 
I am particularly invested in the areas of administration, finance & accounting because I believe that the digitalization and optimization of these departments is an important building block for sustainable success.

 

In my work as a consultant, manager and coach, I build on my management and finance studies as well as on my previous professional positions as Director of Shared Services, Head of Subsidiary Management and Inhouse Consultant Finance & Organization. My previous employers include renowned companies from the trade and commerce sector, the energy sector, the manufacturing industry as well as IT and engineering services, such as SENEC GmbH (an EnBW Group company), the ABLE Group, the Formel D Group, Galeria Kaufhof GmbH and S+C Schmidt + Clemens GmbH & Co. KG.

 

Another important component of my work is my holistic and solution-oriented thinking. “Mindset is everything!” is not just a motto for me, but the basic attitude with which I approach every challenge. Tackling challenges, optimizing processes and always getting a little bit better is what drives me - for myself and for the teams I work with.
